In March 2005 HDFC has issued me a lifetime free credit card, and I was charged on the 1st Month for annual maintenance charges of Rs.200/-, even though I have not used the card.
I have cut the card and send the same to their office in Chennai (as per instruction given in terms and conditions).
They have given to me in writing that these charges will be waived off, but the same has not happened, I have asked them prof that shows I used the card, but the bank refuses to show the same.
And now this Rs. 200/- is reflecting on my CIBIL as Rs. 1200/- due and affecting my CIBIL score.
