Hi Sir/Madam,
I had a loan of INR 10,000 with account number 89586, comprising six EMIs. And paid the all Emi on time but in the cibil report it has been updated incorrectly.
They have updated the 24 days delayed payment and entries are till todays. When I called to their customer care, his behavior was rude and started abusing me(told bhosriwala). I have dropped multiple mail still and getting reply from them. They are such irresponsible towards customer. attached all the document here.
