I had taken loan few years ago initially few payments were made and there were few late payments so to settle the same tried reaching the firm. Their app ( Cashbin PC Fin ) was also not working and the company was also shut. After all this the account still reflected as defaulted in my cibil report, which then affected my score very badly and spoiled my reputation.
