Hello , I had a loan with nahi finserv. Because of some fraud from the nahi people I didn’t paid my amount in due time .later nahi finserv sold my account to Encore arc and told me to contact them. I contacted both navi finserv and encore arc and made the payment after receiving foreclosure letter. Encore arc also Gave Me NDC. But still after more than 2 months my cibil record shows unpaid . The status of cibil record is written off and account sold .. even after repeative emails they still didn’t change anything
