Text of Complaint by MASARI KANDORIYA:

I took a loan from Zest Money, and I have consistently made timely payments. Despite this, I am facing two major problems:

Non-issuance of NOC (No Objection Certificate):
I have fulfilled my repayment obligations on time, and as a responsible borrower, I expected to receive a No Objection Certificate (NOC) upon completion of my loan. However, I have not received the NOC, and this is causing uncertainty and inconvenience.

Incorrect CIBIL Reporting:
Another critical concern is that my loan account with Zest Money is not being reported accurately to the Credit Information Bureau of India Limited (CIBIL). Despite my timely payments and full repayment in April, it appears that my outstanding balance is increasing each month on my CIBIL report. This discrepancy is negatively impacting my credit score and financial credibility.

I have made multiple attempts to contact your customer support team to seek assistance and resolution for these issues, but regrettably, I have not received a satisfactory response. As a loyal Zest Money customer, I believe that I deserve prompt and fair treatment in resolving these problems.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and request the following:

Provide the NOC for my loan account as soon as possible.
Rectify the inaccurate information reported to CIBIL and update my credit profile accordingly.
Investigate the reasons behind the increasing balance on my account despite full repayment and provide a transparent explanation.
I understand that issues can arise, but it is crucial that Zest Money takes prompt action to rectify these matters and restore my confidence in your services. Timely resolution will not only alleviate my concerns but also uphold your reputation as a trustworthy financial institution.

Please acknowledge this message and provide a timeline for resolution. I hope that we can address these concerns swiftly and amicably.
