I took loan in Mpocket on August 2021 and i repaid as well but it was bit delayed But I paid totally with penalty my loan of Mpokket lending app (Jalan chemical industry ) . And it’s been 3+ years in Cibil platform repaid loan detail is not updated, and Mpokket is shown that no pending loans. That’s why I want to raise my complaint. So please resolve my problem ASAP. Last time i raised my complaint but that they provide provided me NOC but still its showing pending so their is no use of NOC.
I kindly request to updated in Cibil ass my loan closed and provide NOC with seal and signature.
