On 16/09/22 i received a text from them regarding job opportunity as i am a student i was looking for jobs to help out my family for finance since the condition was not good i was in need of job
So i said yes to the job since they said we don’t have to pay anything or about fee. They said we have to pay with our first salary so i thought it was okay I could give it a try but after going through all the procedures after 3 hours after looking through all the jobs i couldn’t find a suitable one i asked them to cancel my registration on that day itself atleast they said i can’t cancel my registration like i have no choice but to continue but later they said you will get a call from the team for the cancellation i was fine. Today 23/09/22 they called me when i was in college and said me to pay 6000 for the cancellation fee i said you didn’t mention that earlier anf they kept saying that i should have read their agreement, i read everything what was written in the agreement but didn’t find anything regarding the cancellation fee they kept saying that’s my problem you have to pay in order to leave the company after that i was busy with agreement but didn’t find anything regarding the cancellation fee they kept saying that’s my problem you have to pay in order to leave the company after that i was busy with classes but they kept calling me in between and kept giving threats if I don’t pay by 12:00 pm they would file a case against and also a lawyer contact me and sad your future is spoiler and all and you have to come to Surat court for further inquiry. They still call me and harass me to pay the amount or my future would be destroyed i have more screenshots where they were threatening me with IPC sections
Please take against this company they are taking advantages of people’s unemployment/ financial problems and after reading the most of the complaint i realised most of the victims are student they are targeting students to do scam please do take serious action towards them
