I ordered a Google Chromecast 3 product on the Vplak website on 19th Apr 2022. Due to slow delivery, I raised a request to cancel the product on 26th Apr 2022 and I asked the delivery boy to take the product back by phone. And the product was returned to the company but I didn’t receive a refund for the product. Every two days, I drop a mail and make calls to the support contact details, but there is no response for more than 15days. kindly help me to get the refund.
