Hello,
I am having the worst time with Amazon and I can’t even figure out what to do at this point.
I lost my job due to covid. My family offered to help me with Christmas presents off of Amazon. I’ve placed a huge order twice. Once on the 20th and once on the 24th. The one on the 20th got canceled due to fraud, which is wasn’t. After many calls and fighting with people and departments not calling me back I finally broke down and placed the order again knowing now my kids wouldn’t have the presents. The order was canceled again. No one will help me fix this. My family now will not purchase them again because they feel like they are going to get fraud because if it and that something is wrong with what I am doing. The order was around 340$. I have an 11 year old, two 10 year olds and a 4 year old. I am devastated. What do I tell the kids? What do I tell my parents? They live in Illinois and I live in Missouri. I’m at a loss. I don’t have any money, patients or the will to keep on this fight. I’ve spent a good 5 hours on the phone from the 20th through the 25th trying to get this all straightened out. There is no fraud on my account. I need help. I’ve been a long time customer and have not had any issues but now I just wanna give up and never use Amazon again. I feel I’ve failed myself and my children. Things are already stressful and now this. I almost have nothing left. Please help me.
