It has been on several occasions that I load airtime and it is chopped by airtel services in the name of paying for debt of airtime, bundle and so on. However, I am eligible to getting a credit on airtel and I have never borrowed any airtime, bundle or whatsoever of such a kind from the mentioned service providers. This has caused me a lot of grievance and distrust for the company. Very many people, two of whom were my friends have experienced the same thing and it is causing a lot of dissatisfaction with the services.
