I have ordered shirts in choice cart nearly worth 1200/- on June 13th 2020. No response to my mails and now I’m not able to open the site

I also ordered from this website dated 14 june, after payment error come in site money deducted, there is not support system of site, fully froud site, government should ban it immediately.
Me Also ordered this website.many people case file this website .but problem is don’t solve.
