- From past 4 weeks, Airtel people are not helping in SIM replacement and giving irrelevant answers and they are making the customers fool by not giving support properly.
- I went for a sim replacement on 15th of June and till date they are asking me to come after 2 days and not picking the calls.
- Need to escalate the issue
