Text of Complaint by Ketan:

In our new flat, we called Faber surveyer to check site and suggest whether and which Faber chimney is good for us. After survey, he recommended us a Faber chimney Feel 3D plus max of Rs 23k. Faber guy came and installed it but now, air is moving downwards. When I called Faber, he says that you need to remove your new furniture atop chimney for chimney to work . This is bizzare. The same team did survey and installation but didn’t tell us anything about furniture and now ,when it is not working as required, they are asking me to destroy new furniture.
It seems all of them are novice and fraud only interested in extracting money from clients. If my kitchen furniture was not appropriate for Faber chimney, why your surveyer recommended it and engineer installed it ? It is a not only a case of misguiding and misselling but also a fraud practice.
