Dear team,
I have taken 799/- Rs. plan in your company in which I can add 2 another numbers as child numbers without any other changes. I have ported 3 numbers in this plan in your company.
9982689595 number is my parent number and I have added 2 child numbers 9982340909 & 9982749595.
9982340909 number added successfully but 9982749595 number has not added properly with parent number till date and I am getting separate bill for this number (9982749595) since last 3 months.
Please waive the separate bill amount and add this number (9982749595) properly with my parent number (9982689595). So that I will not face this problem again.
Please resolve the matter else I will port all my numbers.
