I’ve ordered a paneer wrap from the burger club uttam nagar on 27 April,2023 at 10.25am through Zomato app. They delivered a chicken wrap instead. I had a bite felt very chewy and smelly then I took it out of my mouth and it was chicken. I also opened the wrap to check if its my misconception or not. But it was actually non veg I felt disgusted and pukish. Then I immediately called the burger club they said, they can’t do anything right now. They were offerring me to get a wrap complimentary at the next store visit. They have spoilt my breakfast plus my sentiments. Where to complaint??
