Chennai Avadi HUB product was not delivered but Amazon send message as delivered.
Call tried to customer service Tamil but, showing language problem we are don’t have Tamil service.
Called time 13-10-2023 10:15pm night male voice.
Replacement product was not delivered but amazon send message as delivered but still i keeping my defected product.
What happen i can imagine, the courier person was broke the new product and return to seller as old defected product. but still i keeping old defected product. I think this is the Amazon technique to help seller to get more money from customer.
