Text of Complaint by Dipika Mandal:

I had booking at fabhotel eros 211 from 4/10/22 – 6/10/22 using booking.com portal. Confirmation number at booking.com 3233054362 and Booking id RGOID9.
The booking was confirmed and was partially paid. I had updated the arrival time for late checkin with the checkin time being post 12am reason being I needed to check in 5th October early morning. The reason I booked for an extra day to have the room ready and not wait till 12pm on 5th.

But after reaching the hotel at 3am, I was told there’s overbooking. And after reaching the customer support, they suggested me to wait till 12pm and they would modify the booking to 5/10/22 – 6/10/22.
After waiting for that long, the update was not done and was told to pay.

For now I had not checked-in and waiting for resolution. Please work on this.
