had invested an amount of 3000+10000=
13000 through telegram app and they asked me to pay tax of 30% for that separately so I paid an amount of 13900 as tax and they again asked me to pay 20000 for withdraw amount so I asked them to return my amount and they said they will not refund please help me to get my money back from them
