Hi sir
Iam sravan Kumar I used one card more then 2years and recently EMI date or missing over then 12 days before I saw massage but due date going and I don’t have money then I checked one card app they charged 500 rs amount I ask chat with so no proper reply not connecting customer care and then offter check app again charges 91 rs I ask actually who permission takeking my money ha why iam pay 500 rs or then talk to customers care he said says total amount paid I ask weaved I’m not satisfied answer dis type nbfc companies not given licence by gournmemt actually last year same answer same situation but not given wever same says cheating answer please take action gournmemt or RBI don’t encourage dis type of NBFC people’s suffering loss amount every person my issue not resolved iam going cusumer court or district court
