Respected Sir,

I m writing this letter after being disappointed by the concern person Mr. Sudhir who is taking care of Accounts in iClinic Healthcare Pvt. Ltd, Gurgaon. It’s been long waiting and after several commitments made by him the PF payment to my account is not yet resolved and released. According to the information and data which is there with the EPF office is mismatching with the details of my association with the previous organisation named after iClinic Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. My actual date of joining the organisation is 18th Jul’16 whereas the PF office stated that the contribution is deposited from Dec’16 onwards only.

After several reminders and telephonic discussions Mr. Sudhir has share me an watsapp where it shows that a letter in regards to my PF account is somewhere misleading  and transferred to some other person’s account which I think the fault of the accountant of the company. Also now sir he is asking for some time for which I waited since last 04-05 months where he is stating that some other third party person of the account which is not his job. Please find the attached copy of related documents for your perusal

Request you to kindly necessary action to release my payment.
