I have ordered Sony make wireless Bluetooth speakers with Bode make head phone speakers from shinesummer.com vide order no SS5704 dated 07-05-2020. I have also made the online payment for it for Rs. 999 /-.
The material was delivered on 13-05-2020. On opening of the packet I was surprised to find a poor quality local make Bluetooth speaker only.
I tried to write to their email on 14-05-2020 between 11 to 11:15 am at help@shinesummer.in which is given in their website also my order confirmation has come from this email, but the email bounced stating that the domain shinesummer.in couldn’t be found.
At 11:27 am I received a call from 7866841764 from shinesummer.com stating that he is reverting from my calls and wanted to hear from me. I told his all the details. He said to prove him with my debit card details so that he will provide me with the refund. I told him to deliver the correct material, he said that it is not possible and take refund. I told him that then refund vide the same mode through which I have transferred the money during making my payment, he said that it is not possible. I did not share with him the debit card details, since I could now assess that a fraud has already been done, now he is going to make more fraud.
Hence please take a note of the above a take strong action against this fraud party and get my money back.
