I have taken a ticket from Doh-Ccj and due to covid airline cancelled. I have taken the ticket in Mar and I got the refund amount Jun. My ticket amount was Rs. 25,115 Unfortunately they didected Rs.6,500 and informed me their fees is Rs.750 and balance amount didected by airline. I checked with Qatar Airways and they told me that, as flight cancelled by airline, full amount was refunded to agency.
They are simply a fraud company. Cheating customers
