Text of Complaint by Divya Sharma:

Iam having a horrible experience with Myntra. I chose to return 2 items during 10 day return period. To my surprise both the times return items were automatically marked as closed citing Customer satisfied and Customer not available despite raising the return request multiple times. The 10 day window expired during this. I then called up customer care and raised complaint thrice and to my surprise the incidents with customer care were also marked as closed without verification. It has been 15 days and my items have not been returned and money is still with Myntra
