Airtel people deny to provide me life time validity which i purchase before 10 years ago( i am using my number 9729295413 since 17-June-2008).other two no of my family member is 9996306827 and 8295703064. that time i specially purchase a expensive sim (while other company provide free sim with 1/2 year validity) after some time i have to recharge a special validity pack which provide me life time validity. now suddenly i heard that my validity is only few days left. no such guideline issued by TRAI to do this than why Airtel doing this. company getting loss but its not our fault. we are reliable customer attached with Airtel continuously. i know we are small customer but we are honest otherwise their are several option in the market but we continue with airtel. we are not using free, unlimited outgoing. we are paid outgoing, paid sms customer. why Airtel people forget their commitment. Why Airtel putting their unfaithful free customer’s loss burden on their paid customers?
