Respected sir/madem
I am Abhishek Kumar deep having VI number 8742019923. I have recharged my VI number with 199 on 15th may 2023. 199 is unlimited plan with 1gb data per day. After recharge I got only internet pack but my calling outgoing and incoming is not activated till the date. As I complaint this matter through VI app on 15th May 2023 and the case is closed on 20th may 2023 without solving my problem. Still now I am suffering from the same problem of calling. VI don’t provide me any option of complaining through customer support. There is no provision of talking to any customer support executive as I called 199 & 198 many times and even on the customer care no given by VI on internet.
Sir please solve this problem. I am just fed-up with VI cheating as VI is creating problems all the time. Many time call drop, slow or no internet and many more problems. Now I am going to port this numer to another service.
This time after recharge of unlimited plan of 199 and receive only data plan (which is not necessary from me as I use Airtel for internet) as I recharged my number for calling but didn’t receive any calling outgoing and incoming service.
Sir please solve this problem and please do the proper justice…
