I booked a ticket from Redbus.in for travel between nagpur to pune on 6th sep 2022 with pnr no. 264060810-1977536. The website mentioned A/C bus in amenities. But actually the bus a/c wasn’t working. The curtaillns were dirty. They also mentioned charging port in website which the bus didn’t had. Thus is a case of fake information and cheating on customers. Also there was no quality check done from redbus quality department before onboarding the bus. The bus also mentioned departure time 4pm & dropping time 8 am, which was actually 5pm and 10 am. The bus was standing still until the vacant seats seats were filled locally. They were calling random passengers one by one to fill up seats. Also 2 passengers were accomodated in a single seat. Very dirty bus. I spoke to customer care and sked for Vehicle Inspection Report from quality department, for which incase they denied as there was no report available. The switches were hanging out with naked wires lying on cusions, so dangerous that it mau have caught fire. I have been cheated by redbus by providing fake information on website for which i demand strict action on them as tvey are risking passengers life. No documentation checks were done for vehicle before onboarding.
