2 days i am waiting for the a new fiber connection to my home. I started with airtel.in online and requested for new fiber connection. i got message from airtel customer care about a executive will call me regarding the connection, and he told me to send my location for availablity of fiber connection status. i send my location through whatsapp to his mobile number. He called me and said that he checked in my area and connection flags are available in my locaiton. He said to me he will send the details for document verification and followed by the payment link for airtel site. I just gothrough with the message, and that i got message from airtel customercare. thank you for payment of the fiber connection so and so. installation technical team will reach you with in 24 hrs. but after 2 days i didn’t get any updation or if i call back to the number in executive no answer from there end. so for urgent base i looked for a new connection and arrenge money for that. i need my cash back with what i lose on these days. airtel should pay to me, because why they took money if they don’t know there staff working not properly and if advanced they take, need to get faster service.
