My name is neema. I got a courier on 14.05.19 by willora.com. this order is not mine. The products is not ordered by me. But i receive that courier by paying rupees 2380. Then i can understand that this is not orderd by me. I send a mail to willora.com. then they replied that, to resend the parcel to their address. Already i paid of rupees 2380. Now the said that iam responsible for resend that parcel to them. Then they refund the amount that i already paid for their product. But the company is responsible for recollect their product which is not their customer orderd. Now what i do. I kindly request Please help me for collect my money back.
