I bought a Jio international roaming pack with Rs 5751 which should support in the USA without any help of a WiFi connection. Their help center person had told me that once I’d land in the US, my jio sim would automatically get connected with At & T or T mobile. It worked well at the Dubai airport but it’s been more than a week and I am not getting any service in the USA since the time I have reached here. I had talked to the help center through WhatsApp nearly 15 times and followed everything they have guided me, but Jio has no service with any connection in the USA, as it shows “Forbidden” and “Unable to connect”. I asked them to return my money, but they are not doing so. When I am trying a make a call from this sim, it says, “no international roaming pack is activated on this number”. So at last, I am here to complain against them.
