I use the internet daily on Airtel daily and through the usage pattern, I know by when my data would get exhausted. When I watch almost 2 hours of video, I consume 50% of my data limit. At times, even after watching less than an hour of video (which should iideally consume less than 25% of my data), Airtel randomly blocks me from using data. I have escalated the issue to their call center, but they didn’t provide me any supporting data like how much data used from which time on which site. Then I escalated it to their nodal as well as appellate too, but they too sent a generic response. When I am sure that I haven’t even consumed 25% of data, then how can Airtel block my internet usage. Also Airtel should provide me a breakup of my data usage to resolve this issue. Airtel is just cheating me by charging me for over 4 times of my data usage.
