Paid 34000 for tickets asked 5000 additional for confirmation of the ticket. For rescheduling they asked 15000 even after airline helped us, after connecting with airline they asked to pay only 1500 difference amount. But not booked the ticket, later called to confirm the ticket they said to pay additional 6000 for fare change of airline, am pissed off of this travolook and these guys are cheating the common public and humiliating us to pay and get the ticket else you don’t get the refund of the ticket fare.
