I have paid the advance rental plan already and due to covid situation and I am not using the connection I have asked them to keep it in safe custody. Now they are charging around 250 montly for keeping it safe custody and when I contacted them now they are telling whatever advance rental I paid is lost. As per company rules they have to convert it to monthly plan first and then only move for safe custody. But in my case as there were very limited channels for contacting the customer care, it was not clearly communicated and they have moved from advance rental to safe custody without changing it first to montly rental. I have lost 6597 Rs I paid on June 7th for advance rental for coming 6 months. Still I am paying extra 250RS per month starting from June itself for keeping it safe custody.
BEWARE OF AIRTEL AND DONT EVER GO WITH ADVANCE RENTAL PLAN!!
