Vcare is the biggest cheater in hair services. I would highly not recommend for any services here. I recently moved to Bangalore and suffered huge hair loss..Initially I took anti dandruff( basic hair treatment) in Hyderabad with that hope I have contacted customer service and was directed to Vcare whitefield branch..I was directed
to consultation with Dr.Aishwarya whom I curse everyday for suggesting me the worst treatment ..when i approached for PRP treatment she forced me into combination of PBS and follitreat therapy which is of Rs.110000/-..I said I can’t afford and have to rethink ..the next step is the EMI business of Vcare providing easy installments..they made me sign up for 10 month easy payments..this is all a scam going on in Vcare luring people to easy instalments with absolute no results forget about getting results I lost my hair everyday since the beginning ..I kept on informing Aiswarya about the more and more hair loss with pics..every sitting she made me purchase vitalizers, oils, tablets , hair growth serums which costed me Rs.60000 with my hair getting more and more thin..I continued the sittings hoping it will get better but in the contrary I lost the hair what I had and with no growth…I completed 6 sittings of PBS and then they said u will see results in folitreat treatment..I completed that to with my last sitting in the month of Jan2024..with great disappointment I approached the branch manager Mr.Yogesh in the last two sittings which are a month apart but then he kept on saying that it is escalated as u didn’t see results we are following up with the team ..till now not a word or call I received from him..they got all the money so least bothered about customers , the results and the pain…many of my friends and family approached me about Vcare..I asked them to back off..I demand my money to be refunded from this cheating company and branch…the quality of the products also have been compromised by Vcare ..it’s fraud and a cheating company which I curse everyday..forget about growth lost the hair what u have on head ..Surprisingly for most reviews with one star rating the response from Vcare is u have not availed any services from us.
