On 31August 2020 I was interested for jio fibre wify .In this regards I spoke to employee of jio fibre Mr.Ravi Ranjan (emplopee No-67565083).He came to my house and took the amount around 2pm.Same day evening connection was given.By evening I came to know that the rates of jio fibre gone down.
My question why the employee didn’t inform me about new rate.why he was so hurry to give connection at night.I could have wait for 4 hours to have New rate.
