I had recharged a full talk time pack for Rs 500( No validity pack ) on 10-04-2020 vide Trans ID 1720676453. From 07-05-2020 I have been denied services on the plea that the validity expired. kindly do refund the balance amount . On 12-05-2020 my son had already paid for Rs379 pack vide Trsns ID64746885 without my knowledge.
