On 3rd March, i had enquire for mobile franchise on the discussion we made very comfortable feel to business them and they advise to pay the advance amount of Rs.10000 for booking limited time offer.to avail the offer i made a advance payment of Rs.5000 later i ask the Franchisee agreement detail once i go through the agreement it is totally favor them only ,so i decided to came out from their franchisee enquire, and i told them to repay my advance payment but they refuge to repay the payment . kindly request to do helpful on this please to get my amount legally it gives me a big mind pressure.
