We have 4 set top boxes and we pay a premium every month to get a package. However if a particular tv is not turned on all the prescribed channels go off the air . This happens if a particular tv has not been turned on for over 2 weeks. It seems like Airtel has given or sold our subscription to someone else or are double dipping! I see no reason for the channels to go off the air especially when I am a paying PLATINUM CUSTOMER! I have been complaining about this for the last 10 years but no reason is given for this gross stealing! We end up having to call the complaint number and wait for hours before it is restored!
I NEED THIS RECTIFIED ASAP
