I submit the complaint about set top box is not working and i want temporary suspension of my account till my set top is not changed or fixed so my account balance should not be deducted. But when they fix my set top box charges are deducted and customer care service are not behaving good whenever i tried to call them and tell about problem they just cut the call and tell me that my complaint was not registered. I submit my complaint in 9 minutes and they said call drop from my side
