I booked a flight ticket on Travolook. After half an hour, they cancelled my ticket sitting “Cancelled due to operational reasons.” I have been trying to get my refund since then but didn’t get any. In the beginning, they told me it’s going to take a week more every time I called. Now, they aren’t even picking up my call.
