Text of Complaint by Lafir Sha:

I have raised internet connection request on 6th October 2020. By next day 7th itself i submitted the documents and as well paid amount of Rs.2828 by the guidance of Airtel support executive.

After getting these they supposed to provide me the internet connection but till at this moment they are not given me the connection. When i asked to executive Mr. Sathish (95977 7713) he talking to me in rude manner, “will take 3 more days because the port is damaged technical team checking, if you want speedy action talk to zonal manager and get connection or else keep quite”

When i called the technical person he also replying me in kidding manner and saying that it’s not in our hand. Technical personal arrange wait till get resolved.

I sent mail regarding this issue to nodal officer but no response. even stating in mail as “If my money not refurn in 24 hour i will file FIR on your supporting executive”.

This incident proving that Airtel does not having capability handle customer and they recruiting the “uneducated fellow to deal with customer like this”

 

I need my money ASAP otherwise surely will file police complaint as well in consumer court.
