I am a victim of Shine.com daylight robbery since Feb 2020. Here are my details:
One of the first ever worst bitter job hunt experience (13th JAN 2020 onwards) with your recruitment company, where their sales team butchered my wallet for INR1,54,850 (AED7727), without a single job opportunity and only fake promises by:
Akash/Muneesh – The biggest trapper and liar – 8340498830
Munish – Call center
Saroop – Absolute crook – 9599771153
Bhavna/Soma/Janki/Shobha/Mohd. Taiyab (misc for 100 different teams)
Shine’s team comprises of “honest, dedicated, company oriented” trained liars and cheaters, who know how to rob people’s money and make fake promised. Akash and Munish even went ahead and said, “Don’t worry sir, when you will have a job in 40days with more than current salary, you will call me and thank me. Trust me, go ahead and make the payments”.
From 13th Jan 2020 till date, there is not a single recruiter who viewed my profile, e-mail or called me for availability! Shame. I understand that due to COVID-19, there are less opportunities and I am ok with that. Isn’t it responsibility of Shine.com to extent the timelines as a special case?
Since I availed their premium package, I was told that I will be assigned a dedicated portfolio manager to guide and follow up with me. No one got back to me. No follow up or results.
My account manager didn’t even create my profile for various countries I opted and paid for! I was told that I had to do it!
Even my profile was created with so many mistakes. Even my UAE contact number is not updated to reach me. I tried to make amendments and updates myself but couldn’t due to access issues.
I am not even allowed to upload my own picture after paying more than 1.58L INR!
I can’t even change my mobile to Dubai number (as mentioned below)! How are recruiter supposed to contact me? I mentioned on DAY1 that I live in Dubai, not INDIA. I want all communication to be done on my DUBAI CONTACT NUMBER.
Unfortunately, no one bothers or cares in Shine.com. Payment done, case closed.
No way to reach top management as no email addresses mentioned anywhere.

They don’t even give you any profile reference number to follow up or complaint.
