Travolook cancelled my ticket right after booking and customer care called me and told ticket as been cancelled because price hike and told refund will be processed in 7 to 10 days but now it has been more than 4 months and I called customer care 100 times and dropped mail 100 time and I get same reply this is like take advantage on customer Travel emergency and earning money please stop this fraud company and save us and please get our refunds
