- Ordered online on 5th Feb
- Realised, i have chosen wrong payment mode.
- Tried to call on customee care, which is coming out of order (suspicion #1)
- Mailed on their email id. Got a proper, however formal, stsndardised auto response and since then,no proper action been taken. Suspicion #2.
- Next day to get any other contact number, i googled the site/company name. That number is also Not getting through.
- As a by product of google search, i got to see hell lot of similar complaints, like the one i am writing here. Suspicion #3.
- I tried to log in their website and see if any cancellation option given, but found none. Suspicion #4.
- Got a call from their executive for address confirmation. I reported & requested to cancel the order, which she noted and asked me to mail the same request, which i did, but they have not acted right and sent the mobile on 12th Feb. Suspicion #5.
- Product is utter disappointment. Very inferior and used mobile than the advertised one. Suspicion #6.
- Have dropped the mail immediately with images of the product. No response i have got so far. Suspicion #7.
- Their return policy allows to send back the product in 7 days.
- Please suggest and help to get the money credit back to my online credit wallet.
