Cheating in the name of Extended Warranty by Jeeves and Flipkart

Text of Complaint by Bhuvaneswari:

March 2019 – Purchased TCL IFFalcon 55 inches TV through Flipkart at Chennai
While installation purchased extended warranty for 2 years from Jeeves. Total expense – 43000
Dec 2020 – The TV Panel started flickering with red shade on all 4 corners
June 2021 – the technician examined and informed there is problem with Panel and may not be repaired.
July 27th 2021 – picked up the TV for panel repair.
Aug 12th 2021 – Jeeves emailed the panel is non serviceable and refund will be processed within 8 business days.
Till date the refund is not credited to my account. Everytime, I email or call, Jeeves sends a scripted response as the refund will be processed by 1-2 business days.
One of Jeeves executive Aravindh responded to check to with whom the TV was purchased. This is so frustrating. Am fed up everyday following up with Jeeves and Flipkart.
Flipkart is not responding either

Looking at multiple reviews from customer similar to this, this seems a scam by Flipkart and Jeeves to cheat consumers.

Now the money which was paid for TV is looted, TV is also taken back and no refund provided. Excellent fraud. If Jeeves and Flipkart needs money, they can beg from people instead of cheating them.
