I had raised a request regarding no internet service a week back. As we all are working from home internet is an essential service. However, i dont find the team acknowledging the request.
My request was closed automatically without intimating me though the issue was not resolved. The technician came after so many calls and request, checked something and left without saying anything. Now he is also not answering my call.
I don’t want their service and want my money back. They are cheating people and are not providing the service as promised.
