Dear Rummyculture,
I am writing to you today to report a case of cheating/fraud in a Rs 1000 game of 100 pool. I played the game on September 13, 2023. During the playing time, my game activity is there in the vedio.
During the course of the game, I observed some highly suspicious behaviour from the Rummyculture application, I was unable to play the 8th deal due to some technical glitch from Rummyculture application because of this I had lost the game, I was about win this game due to your fault/ mobile application bugs I failed.
Then I called customer care & informed everything the Executive told me as “its your problem/ lack of internet connectivity” I argued with him & finally he asked me to send an email.
Please clarify the points below?
1. Why is internet connection poor by winning time? Why not when the game starts ?
2. While all other applications are working perfectly, why not Rummyculuture? Because it’s a fraud right …..
Notably, I noticed that my internet connectivity is good & perfectly working correctly I am confident that I am going to win that game. I have attached screenshots of the game to this email.
I request you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the fault within 24 hours. I would also like to request a refund for the Rs 5250 that I lost.
