I had ported my MTNL Prepaid mobile number to Airtel on 27/10/2021vide reference no E285497529. I had asked to port to prepaid. and it was clearly told to Service person Mr. Abhishek kolge to port the number from MTNL Prepaid to Airtel Prepaid. Even then he cheated and my MTNL number has been ported to Airtel postpaid. After receiving the msg from Airtel reg. porting of my prepaid number to postpaid. I immediately contact the concerned Service person Mr. Abhishek Kolge and pointed out that you have cheated me. He then told that i will check and log query to their Service Centre. Thereafter he never responded to my any calls. After i mailed my complaint on 02/11/2021 to Airtel Official email id following with second email on 06/11/2021. but of no use. They just sent me ref. No. 31-3780869957260 registered on 13/11/2021.
Please guide me in the case. Thank you
