RESPECTED SIR,
I SOHAN PRIYATAM, MOB NO. 8249043845, JIO FIBER NO. +916717968382 WOULD LIKE TO STATE THAT I HAVE TAKEN THE JIO FIBER PREPAID CONNECTION ON 02.08.2022 AS A TRIAL SUBSCRIBER AND DURING TRIAL I MIGRATED MY JIO FIBER TO POSTPAID AFTER CONVINCED BY YOUR JIO FIBER REPRESENTATIVE ON 31.08.2022. SHE ASSURED ME THAT YOUR DEPOSITED AMOUNT RS. 2500/- WILL BE FULLY PAID AS AND WHEN YOU WILL CLOSE THE JIO FIBER CONNECTION IF YOU ARE TAKING THE POST PAID CONNECTION DURING YOUR TRAIL PERIOD. I HAD BEEN CONVINCED WITH HER AND MIGRATED MY JIO FIBER BEFORE TRIAL PERIOD ENDS.
NOW, I AM GOING TO BE TRANSFERRED FROM CUTTACK TO ANOTHER LOCATION, HENCE THE SAME SHOULD BE CLOSED AND MY DEPOSITED AMOUNT RS. 2500/- BE RETUNED TO ME AS ASSURED BY YOUR REPRESENTATIVE. YESTERDAY I CALLED YOUR CUSTOMER CARE TO CLOSE THE CONNECTION, HE TOLD ME RS.1500/- WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU ONLY. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE ASSURANCE MADE BEFORE BY JIO REPRESENTATIVE, HE TOLD ME THAT MAY BE FALSE ASSURANCE.
KINDLY JUDGEMENT THE ABOVE MATTER AND REFUND ME THE FULL AMOUNT. IF THE AMOUNT WILL NOT REFUND TO ME, I MAY GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT AS WELL AS JUDICIAL FOR FURTHER ACTION. WHY YOUR REPRESENTATIVES ARE GIVING THIS TYPE OF FALSE ASSURANCE.
