Text of Complaint by Rahul KG:

1. My cousin ordered one mobile phone for me from Amazon.in  (samsung M51) as per the advertisement and notifications on Amazon and other sites samsung offered 7000MAH battery and we can use as like power bank.My expectations were at the peak and am so happy after receiving the handset from Amazon. I got the handset on  26 Sep 2020. For display protection I ordered a screen guard from Amazon and delivered the same on 29 Sep 20. From 30 sep 2020 I started using the handset . On first day a surprised that my handsets battery drained earlier. I thought I have to drain all charge and recharge it again and I did the same. While noticing the same I was unhappy for that and I discussed with my cousin who gifted the mobile to me and I tell her to give a request for return she tried to return the same and finally she find an option to talk with customer care representative.

She discussed the matter to the authorised representative of Amazon and he also suggest the same that I did . She replied and enquired to him that today is the last date for return  if the problem exists then we can’t able to return . At that time the customer care representative said that ” don’t worry madam you registered the complaint for  return on correct day and we registered the same and no worry for returning, if the problem is there.( recording may available on their office they recorded the same for quality ad training purposes)As he mentioned  i did again drain out the charge and kept it for 5 hrs charging after all these methods I am facing the same issue and tell my cousin to call the customer care.

I got a call from Amazon customer service representative on 05 Oct 2020 at 1538 hrs and I tell the issues that I faced, they transfer the call to technical followed by primary section and I talked with priya who is belonging to the primary section and she arguing with me and she said that she can’t return the item you should visit smasung service center. I tell her that I registered the return on 3 Oct as per the return policy  date issued by Amazon authority.

2. The customer care representative who guided us wrongly on 03 Oct 2020. We believe his words and they cheated us .

3. I need justice from Amazon. I want to return the item with immediately
