They have deactivated my sim card even though all the documents were provided to them correctly. Once we visited the airtel store they gave a new SIM card and asked to recharge for 297 rs for one month plan.
My number is working now but i have recharged for 549 plan which should come for 84 days and now it is not even one month all the validity is lost. When we tried to talk to customer care they denied to revert the amount.
